Destiny Aiken, COTA/L

Education:

Cape Fear Community College in 2014 from the Occupational Therapy Assistant program.

Strengths in the field:
During my time there, I was able to break ground in international fieldwork. I spent 3 months serving at a school for the physically disabled in Uganda, Africa. Over the years I have returned to provide occupational therapy services on multiple occasions. I then came back to pursue my career by working in a variety of settings (daycare, home, clinic) through pediatric private practice. I have experience working with self regulation programs, SOS feeding approach, Wilbarger brushing protocol, reflex integration programs, sensory integration, and sensory diets.
